This means that we:
TTS' entire range of textiles is already 100% PVC-free. This means a huge waste reduction, as products made of polyester are often half as light as similar ones made of PVC. In addition, polyester textiles can be made from recycled PET yarn. As the demand for sustainable printing products increases, our range of green products grows with it. With our Green Textiles, we offer a green variant of every textile made from 100% recycled polyester.
The yarn used in the production for our green textiles is sustainably produced from recycled plastic bottles without compromising the textile's properties. The plastic bottles are washed, heated and then spun to serve as recycled yarn.
Using PET bottles reduces the amount of plastic waste and the energy consumption required. This directly results in a reduction of CO2 emissions. When you choose green textiles, you contribute to a more sustainable future.
To meet the demand for eco-friendly alternatives for outdoor fabric, TTS will introduce a complete new outdoor textile line in early 2024: SOLAR. These fabrics are all PVC- and PHTHalate-free. This line includes textiles for all outdoor applications: banners, displays, billboards, boards and decoration of fences and, for example, construction sites. Some SOLAR fabrics are also particularly functional for indoor use, e.g. as roll-up banners and wallcovering. All SOLAR fabrics are suitable for UV, Latex & Eco-solvent.
